What started out as a cold-call one Sunday morning in October turned into a great relationship and team effort. A friend forwarded us one of Roxanne’s listings and we called her. Within one hour of leaving her a message, she called us back. We had a great chat and after coming to the quick realization that the listing wasn’t right for us, she immediately dug in to help with our condo search. Even though we had never met her, she treated us as if we were old friends, giving us great advice and responding to us as if we were her only buyers. With help from her entire team, we had numerous FaceTime showings and wrote 2 offers that were unsuccessful in this extremely hot market. She kept us positive through our disappointments, and we’re glad she did. The third offer was the “charm.” Patience and persistence prevailed, with the third offer being by far the best place we had seen, and just right for us. She helped us craft a winning offer, and was with us through the entire process. Closing went without a hitch and we are now proud owners in SW Florida.
